Appointments
Our staff is eager to help with scheduling your appointment, discussing your medical concerns, and/or any questions you may have during your time with us. We take extra care to listen to your concerns, answer your questions and thoroughly explain your condition and treatment options. To schedule an appointment, please call us today at (262) 672-6393.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you need a same day appointment, please contact us to verify availability. We try to accommodate the needs of our patients to the best of our ability. We look forward to becoming part of your wellness team.
New Patient Forms
Upon setting your initial appointment, you can pre-register for your visit by downloading our New Patient Forms. Please print and complete the forms prior to your arrival and return at the time of your visit.
Insurance
We are not contracted to accept medical insurance. Byron Health and Healing fees are paid in full at the time of service. However, you may submit your receipt to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am – 5:30pm
Friday through Sunday - closed
Billing and Financial Responsibility
Direct Pay
The Byron Health and Healing Center utilizes a direct-pay model. Fees are paid in full at the time of service. We accept various methods of payment including Health Savings Account credit cards. If you have additional questions, please contact our office.
We are not contracted to accept medical insurance, therefore fees are paid in full at the time of your service. We will provide you with a detailed invoice, which contains all of the pertinent information necessary for you to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance carrier. We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company to determine whether they cover integrative medical services as part of your plan and what level of coverage is allowed for out-of-network services. Laboratory and radiological studies will be billed directly to your insurance by the lab and radiological providers you select for service.
